How long does delivery take after shipping?

How is auto-leveling achieved? Is it reliable?
Auto-leveling is achieved through precision mechanical alignment, ensuring the build platform remains parallel to the exposure surface at all times, eliminating manual leveling.
Is the quick-release build platform connection stable? Will improper installation affect leveling?
The quick-release build platform uses a snap-fit mechanism. Simply slide it into the slot for proper installation—it auto-locks during printing without manual intervention.
What printing methods are supported by the printer?

Does the AFU system support all third-party resins? Are all different resin container thread specifications supported?
It supports all 1KG packaged resin bottles (any brand). However, our brand's resin bottles and accessory caps ensure optimal fit.
What are the benefits of using intelligent zoning exposure?
The light source panel's LEDs can be independently controlled in zones. The LEDs are selectively lit according to the print area, reducing the UV aging of the LCD screen and lowering the overall power consumption during operation.
Why can the machine be smaller in size compared to others with the same effective printing volume?
We adapt a new type of optical module, significantly reducing the overall height of the machine.
Are there improvements in print speed and detail performance?
By adopting a dual lead screw gantry structure and combining a static build platform with dynamic light source movement, a maximum print speed of 170mm/s is achieved while optimizing print layer texture issues. Paired with the newly equipped 16K high-resolution monochrome LCD (minimum pixel size: 14×19μm), it delivers unprecedented detail.
What if models don’t adhere to the build plate?
If the printed model does not stick to the print plate, it may be due to low ambient temperature. It is recommended to adjust the AFU supply module heating temperature to above 30°C, increasing the bottom layer exposure time to 40–60 seconds, and try again.
